The MAI Portal is a web-based platform that boosts your learning or teaching experience in BodyMap. It enables you to track your quiz results, customize your flashcard notes, view and update your account information, and more.
Overview
Your access to MAI Portal depends on your BodyMap user role.
Here is an overview of what you can do in the platform as different types of BodyMap users:

The Admin user role can also be assigned to Student, Instructor or Pro user.
[fs-toc-h2]BodyMap Admin
BodyMap Admin is a user role of BodyMap that can only manage users within the same institution, including all BodyMap Student, BodyMap Instructor and BodyMap Pro users, without having product access to BodyMap itself. This role can exist independently or be assigned to BodyMap Student, Instructor or Pro user.
Dashboard
The Dashboard is the default view when you log into MAI Portal. It gives you an overview of your learning progress in BodyMap.
- BodyMap Account
- Activated: The number of users who have created their BodyMap accounts
- Pending: The number of users who have not yet created their BodyMap accounts
- Ranking: The ranking of users based on their total playtime in BodyMap
User Management
The User Management is a section on MAI Portal that lists out all of the users, including BodyMap Student, BodyMap Instructor, BodyMap Pro and BodyMap Admin, in the organization. A BodyMap Admin user has the ability to add, edit, or delete a user in the same organization.
🔔Tip:
The Admin is also a role that can be assigned to Student, Instructor, or Pro user.
User List
A list of all users in the organization and their information, including names, emails and user roles.
Navigation Bar
Switch tabs to view all users, or specific users with different BodyMap user roles in your institution:
- All: All users in your institution
- Pro: Users with BodyMap Pro user role
- Instructor: Users with BodyMap Instructor user role
- Student: Users with BodyMap Student user role
- None: Users without BodyMap Pro, Instructor or Student user role
- Pending: Individuals added to your institution who have not yet created their BodyMap user accounts
How to add a user:
Step 1: Log into your BodyMap account on MAI Portal
Step 2: Click User Management in the left sidebar
Step 3: Click on “+ Add User” button in the right panel
Step 4: Enter the user’s email, and select a user role
Step 5: If you want, you can assign the Admin role to this user as well (Optional)
Step 6: Click on Add button
How to edit a user:
Step 1: Log into your BodyMap account on MAI Portal
Step 2: Click User Management in the left sidebar
Step 3: Click on “3-vertical dot” (…) icon of a user you want to edit in the right panel
Step 4: Click on Edit
Step 5: Make your changes, and click on Save button
How to delete a user:
Step 1: Log into your BodyMap account on MAI Portal
Step 2: Click User Management in the left sidebar
Step 3: Click on “3-vertical dot” (…) icon of a user you want to delete in the right panel
Step 4: Click on Delete
My Account
My Account is where you can find all the information related to your BodyMap account and your subscription plan.
Profile:
- Name: The name of your BodyMap account
- Email: The email (username) of your BodyMap account
- Password: The password of your BodyMap account
Subscription:
- Product Plan: BodyMap Free Trial or Subscription, the BodyMap plan that your organization is on
- User Role: Your role of BodyMap, which is shown as a tag “Admin”
- Organization Name: The name of your organization that uses BodyMap
- Expiry Date: The expiry date of the current cycle of the product plan that your organization is on
How to change my name:
Step 1: Log into your BodyMap account on MAI Portal
Step 2: Click on your name at the bottom of the left sidebar
Step 3: Click on My Account
Step 4: Click on Edit beside your name in the right panel
Step 5: Update your name, and click on Save button
How to change my password:
Step 1: Log into your BodyMap account on MAI Portal
Step 2: Click on your name at the bottom of the left sidebar
Step 3: Click on My Account
Step 4: Click on Edit Password in the right panel
Step 5: Enter your current and new passwords, and click on Save button
